Thought Bites
We all go along with general ideas about how to live our lives. Often we fall into step with the expectations of other people or subconsciously assume without question the values, ideas and interpretations conveyed by the Mass Media. Thought Bites is about presenting new ideas that challenge, set the record straight or break through generalisations and biased social representations by offering a platform for the saying things otherwise ignored, drowned out or not previously thought about.
We want to push the limits of understanding. To some extent, understanding is a moving target as our environments change and our cultures and social systems evolve and transform. Communication can arouse deeper levels of shared awareness of the inescapable wonder of our existence and a sense of calling to do the right thing to ensure social and environmental sustainability on our planet home.
